Job Description: Robotic Service Engineer

Our company, located in Bowling Green, KY, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Robotic Service Engineer to join our team. As a Robotic Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients in the manufacturing industry. You will work closely with our customers to resolve any issues they may have with their robotic systems and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to robotic systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on industrial robotic equipment
- Collaborate with the manufacturing and engineering teams to improve product design and functionality
- Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting,repairs and preventitive maintenance
- Travel to client sites for installations, maintenance, and repairs as needed
- Keep detailed records of service calls and provide timely reports to management

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial robotic maintenance or as an electrical maintenance technician, must have experience with FANUC robots
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and mechanical components
- Experience in manufacturing and engineering is preferred
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
