PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Perform preventative maintenance on residential systems
  • Clean coils on roof tops.
  • Replace air filters on HVAC equipment
  • Assist technicians on repairs and maintenance.
  • Pick up and deliver parts
  • Accurate reporting on the work order including faults and deficiencies, as well as all time and material expended.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous maintenance experience preferred.
  • Able to work independently without regular supervision.
  • Must be available for flexible work hours including occasional overtime and weekends.
  • Must be highly accurate with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to be insured to drive a company vehicle

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Requires lifting up to 55 lbs., the ability to bend, stretch, stoop, kneel, twist, or reach with your body, arms and/or legs.
  • Requires working outdoors in varied environmental conditions.
