Job Overview:
As a Robotic Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support for our robotic systems as well as preventitive maintenance of robots. You will work closely with our clients to troubleshoot and resolve any issues they may encounter with our products. This role requires a strong background in manufacturing, customer service, electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, and industrial maintenance, as well as the ability to travel for business purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our robotic systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on electric motors and other industrial equipment
- Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve any issues or concerns they may have with our products
- Travel to customer sites for installation, training, and support purposes
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to provide feedback and suggestions for product improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in robotic technology to continuously improve our products and services

Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Engineering, Robotics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, customer service, automation, robotic systems, and/or industrial maintenance
- Strong knowledge of FANUC robot maintenance and industrial electrical systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 85% of the time for business purposes
