Student Success Advisor

• Desire to serve students from diverse backgrounds: first generation students, undocumented students, students with disabilities, athletes, non-traditional students and international students.
• Can assist with occasional after-hours programming as a member of the Student Affairs team.

Our Ideal Candidates’ Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree in higher education administration, disability studies, student services, public administration, counseling, education, healthcare, or a related field. 

This Position Is Responsible For:

• Providing proactive, comprehensive student support and retention services for their student caseload.
• Managing a collateral assignment coordinating ADA services (Americans with Disabilities Act).
• Connecting students to wrap-around support services.
• Partnering with academic program directors to provide effective programming.
• Supporting students in career and graduate school exploration.
• Assist with the onboarding of incoming students, to include New Student Registration Days, Orientation, and Bridge Programs.
