Applicants for the Vice President of Risk Management and Compliance position at the company should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least 8 years of underwriting experience and 5 years of management experience. A strong background in financial institutions and regulatory frameworks is essential, with a preference for candidates familiar with specific regulations and holding relevant certifications. The role requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
