A proven track record of consistent goal achievement, strong leadership, and management experience is essential. While previous advisory experience is beneficial, it is not a mandatory requirement. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping the company streamline workflows and reduce workloads to ultimately enhance the experience for both healthcare staff and patients.
