About the Role

The Company is seeking a Partner Sales Vice President to lead the strategic management and development of relationships with Select Employer Groups. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive strategies to drive SEG growth and associated memberships. This role involves providing leadership and direction to a team of Partner Relationship Managers, ensuring they meet production and SEG development goals. The VP will also be tasked with fostering a sales-driven culture, overseeing sales performance, and maintaining high standards of partner relationship management. Cross-functional collaboration, particularly with marketing, operations, and finance, is essential to align partner sales strategies with the company's overall business goals. Applicants for the Partner Sales VP position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, with at least 5 years' experience in SEG development, membership growth, sales, or marketing within a financial institution. The role requires a candidate with a strong focus on customer needs, strategic awareness, and a proven track record in people development and leadership. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, with a high level of integrity and accountability. Responsibilities also include market and competitive analysis, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective communication of partner sales strategies to senior management and stakeholders. The work environment is primarily office-based, with some travel to various branches within the company's market.
