The Company is seeking a Vice President of Channel Programs to spearhead the development and optimization of its global partner ecosystem. The successful candidate will be tasked with creating and executing a comprehensive channel partner strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives. This includes the recruitment, enablement, and scaling of global partnerships. The role involves leading the design and management of a world-class channel partner program, defining partner tiers, incentives, and support systems to drive high levels of engagement and revenue. The VP will also be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective training and enablement of partners, as well as collaborating on go-to-market initiatives that support the company's sales objectives in critical sectors. Applicants for the Vice President of Channel Programs position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in channel management, partner programs, or field enablement, preferably within the B2G, B2B software, SaaS, or technology space. A proven track record in building and scaling partner ecosystems, particularly in high-security or mission-critical environments, is essential. The role requires strong leadership, team-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills, as well as the ability to influence at all levels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the defense, intelligence, and critical infrastructure sectors, and experience in developing and executing training and enablement programs that drive results. Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills are also necessary, along with a Bachelor's degree (MBA desirable) and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on growth and innovation.
