About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead and oversee its operations in the Michigan market. The successful candidate will be a key business partner, responsible for implementing and enhancing the commercial and operational capabilities of the company in the region. The role demands a leader who can identify, develop, and empower top talent, and who is adept at using metrics to monitor performance and promote innovation. The position is remote, with the requirement of 80% local travel, and the candidate must reside in Michigan.
