The Company is in need of a full-time Labor and Employment Attorney to join their Office of the General Counsel. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of legal matters, with a primary focus on supporting the company's labor and employment issues across its global campuses. This includes collective bargaining, contract administration, grievance handling, arbitration, labor relations, engagement, and providing employment counseling and advice. The role also involves litigation and dispute resolution, and it is essential that the candidate has experience with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). Applicants for the Labor and Employment Attorney position at the company must have a strong background in labor and employment law, particularly in NLRB practice. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required, and the candidate must be admitted to or have the ability to waive into the Massachusetts Bar. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the field and be well-versed in the legal and regulatory frameworks governing labor and employment issues.
