About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Global Professional Services to lead the development and growth of its global service delivery organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maturing the team, providing senior leadership, and ensuring that customers experience the full value of the analytics platform. This role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in professional services, including the ability to grow service revenues, manage a full P&L, and drive operational excellence. The VP will be accountable for revenue targets, customer satisfaction, and the quality and profitability of service delivery. They must be adept at leading a high-performance team, creating a results-focused, customer-centric culture, and be experienced in driving strong service revenue growth and profitability at scale. Applicants for the VP, Global Professional Services position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' professional services software experience, with a strong background in business development and a broad understanding of technology.
