About the Role

The Company is seeking an Investment Banking Group Head with a focus on the Insurance sector. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the deal origination and execution process within the specialized insurance (P&C) sector and subsector. This role involves overseeing the entire M&A deal process, ensuring the seamless execution of both buy and sell-side M&A transactions, and working closely with senior team members to maintain and nurture client relationships. The Group Head will also be responsible for mentoring and training junior resources and is expected to have a strong background in M&A within the insurance services, particularly in the property and casualty domain. Applicants for the Investment Banking Group Head position should have a minimum of 8 years' of experience in investment banking, with a proven track record in originating and executing M&A transactions. The role requires the ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and a deep understanding of the M&A landscape within the insurance services, specifically in the property and casualty sector. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, possess excellent leadership skills, and be capable of driving the growth and success of the insurance sector coverage. A strong educational background in finance, business, or a related field is also a key requirement for this role.
