About the Role

The Company is seeking a Digital Data Management and Governance Product Line Lead to take on a senior leadership role within its digital services. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and driving the data management strategy, with a focus on master and critical reference data, to ensure efficiency, innovation, governance, and data quality. This role involves providing strategic leadership across product teams, setting the vision for data management platforms, and owning the end-to-end product strategy. Key responsibilities for the Digital Data Management and Governance Product Line Lead include leading the development and implementation of data quality metrics, proactively solving complex data management challenges, and forging strong partnerships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for an MBA or master's degree, and at least 15 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, particularly in data management, governance, quality, and literacy. The role requires a collaborative leader with the ability to influence and drive accountability, experience in Agile Scrum development, and a proven track record in solutions delivery. The candidate should have deep expertise in data and digital products, strong team-building skills, and a growth mindset with a passion for challenging the status quo. Experience in a global environment, transformational change, and a background in data science or AI/ML is a plus. The role demands a leader who can manage a budget, ensure organizational success, and is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
