About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analytics to play a pivotal role in the strategic and financial growth of the organization. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the CFO and executive team, responsible for driving transparency and strategic insights through the transformation of complex financial data into clear, actionable intelligence. This role involves spearheading the annual budgeting process, developing dynamic rolling forecasts, and designing multi-year financial models to support the company's expansion. The VP of FP&A will also be instrumental in shaping strategic growth initiatives, revolutionizing the approach to financial planning, and building a world-class FP&A team. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive finance experience, including a minimum of 5 years in FP&A. Strong insurance industry experience, particularly in health insurance or property and casualty, is required, along with a proven track record in financial planning processes and systems. The role demands expert financial modeling and analysis skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to lead and develop teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
