Compensation & Benefits: $25.27 per hour plus full benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Operations Oversight: Ensure seamless management of back-office operations to support high-quality patient care.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance, mentorship, and oversight to medical assistants, fostering a collaborative and effective work environment.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate and manage the onboarding, training, and skill development of medical assistants.
  • Compliance Maintenance: Ensure the back office adheres to all clinical compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Vaccine Coordination: Act as the Primary Vaccine Coordinator for the site, overseeing vaccine inventory, storage, and administration protocols.
  • Organizational Support: Assist with other organizational needs as required.
Requirements:
  • Must possess a current Medical Assistant certification.
  • Preferred: Certified Clinical Medical Assistant through the National Healthcare Association or an equivalent certification.
  • Minimum two (2) years of direct patient care experience as a Medical Assistant, with a focus on pediatric and adult patients preferred.
  • At least one (1) year of supervisory experience in a medical setting preferred.
  • Language Skills: Spanish fluency preferred.
  • Valid and unrestricted Arizona driver's license within 30 days of hire (if out of state), with a clean driving record.
  • Class I Fingerprint Clearance Card (within 90 days of employment).
  • Must pass a criminal background check and substance abuse testing.
  • Updated immunization record and current Tuberculosis skin report.
  • Basic Life Support certification within 90 days of hire.
