Family Practice job in Greensboro NC

Seeking a remoteprescribing Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to play a pivotal role indelivering accessible and convenient care for our members. The Physician musthave recent experience treating patients for obesity management and prescribingup-to-date weight loss medications. This position supports remote monitoring ofChronic Heart Failure (CHF) and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD),as well as ensuring timely response to urgent clinical information such ascritical lab values. Physicians will work one to two-hour shifts dailyreviewing urgent escalations of remote monitoring and lab data flows. Responsibilities include monitoring and reaching out to patients, managingmedication management, and providing outpatient treatment via Telehealth asneeded.

Compensation: $90 per hour.

Requirements:

• Mustbe a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician from a US approved trainingprogram - Only

• Licensed in CO, MD, NC, NY & SC (Twoor more of these states preferred)

• Experiencetreating patients for obesity management and prescribing up-to-date weight lossmedications.

• Credentialed with Highmark highly preferred
• Current DEA ability to obtain
• Ability to deliver care via telehealth.
• Proficiency with EMR (electronic medical record)systems.
