Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Overview

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Internal/Family Nurse Practitioner to provide exceptional care in our Shelton, CT facility. This position involves delivering primary care services, managing acute and chronic conditions, and supporting preventative healthcare initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
• Diagnose and manage a variety of acute and chronic conditions.
• Emphasize preventive healthcare and patient education.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) program.
• Current, unrestricted NP license in Connecticut or eligibility to obtain.
• Board-certified in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Experience in primary care or internal medicine preferred; new graduates with relevant clinical experience are welcome.
• Proficient in diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
