The job:â?¯
As a FinServ Success Specialist at Buildertrend, youâ??ll be at the forefront of driving the adoption of our fintech solutions within the dynamic construction industry. Your role will be to engage directly with General Contractors, guiding them through onboarding and helping them integrate our tools into their financial practices. With a self-starter mindset, youâ??ll work closely with Sales and Customer Success to build lasting relationships and ensure our customers are getting the most value from our products. Your impact will be felt through increased customer satisfaction, stronger client relationships, and a growing book of business, all while helping shape the future of our FinServ offerings.
What you will do:â?¯
Proactively engage with customers to educate and onboard them onto Buildertrendâ??s financial products.
Conduct training sessions, webinars, and one-on-one consultations to help contractors understand and use our fintech solutions effectively.
Identify friction points in the onboarding and transaction process, working cross-functionally to improve user experience.���
Partner with Customer Success to ensure clients are fully leveraging our fintech tools and troubleshoot any issues.
Analyze customer usage trends to identify opportunities for increased adoption and recommend solutions to improve engagement.
Work closely with Sales to support the conversion of prospects to active users and provide feedback to the Product team for feature enhancements. Identifying customers that need additional training and support and providing appropriate warm hand-offs to their Customer Success Coach.
Adhere to minimum daily, weekly, and monthly effort metrics and goals that are tied to revenue generation.��
Convey complex financial concepts in an easy-to-understand way.
Analyze customer needs and develop solutions that drive product adoption.
Who you are and what you need:â?¯
2+ years of experience in Fintech, SaaS, payments, banking or a related field required.
Experience in customer success, sales, or account management preferred.
Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelorâ??s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.â?¯â?¯â?¯â?¯â?¯â?¯
Familiarity with payment processing, financial services, and/or construction industry challenges is preferred.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving fintech environment.
Proficient in using SaaS platforms, CRMs, and financial tools.
